Istanbul Holiday Hotel

Excellent staff very professional, versatile staff could not do enough to help. Amazingly talented and delivering outstanding quality advice. Even going out of there to show us around all the very best resources, restaurants and stores. Making sure we paid less than market prices for goods and services!

The reception upgraded our room to a bigger room for our comfort, The bigger room is much nicer and spacious for us to pray and for our luggages (We bring a lot of luggages). There are hot shower (we came in winter time), Heater in the room works just fine. The location is execellent, we went to all the attractions mostly by walking, Blue Mosque, Ayasofia, and Tokapi Palace. All and all will come here again.

The property was great. The reception staff were exceptionally kind - especially the young man called Vepa who was very helpful and extremely kind. He always helped us with any queries/concerns we had and helped us with our luggage and was available 24/7. The other reception staff and the cleaner were always very kind and ensured that all the facilities were clean to a great standard at all times. The staff were extremely professional, kind and helpful!

The hotel is very close to major attractions in the city. It serves amazing breakfast as well! Reception is warm and very accommodating.

It provided a wide variety of breakfast items and was in an exceptional location.
